His special touch lies in blending ingredients to create unique experiences each day. While you soak up the sun by the pool, you can also visit our garden, where the fresh ingredients are harvested and transformed by him, into delicious creations that go straight to your plate.

For over 13 years, our chefs have captivated our guests, with original creations that make the most of each season, transforming fresh ingredients into soul-nourishing delights.
Every morning, he personally visits the nearest port to select the freshest catch of the day. The result is artisanal dishes that showcase the vibrant flavors of Oaxacan cuisine, with sauces and preparations that turn every bite into a true explosion of flavor.
We have created full and partial meal plans to suit your needs and make your vacation even more relaxing. You can enjoy our delicious breakfasts by the pool, fresh and healthy lunch options, and dinners by the sea that will make you swoon with every bite. If you prefer something more flexible, you can always book a special dinner during your stay.
