Residential Suite (Cabaña 8)

It is a spacious, beautiful villa with its own open-air living room, studio area, two bedrooms with a private bathroom, sundeck, and terrace garden with an ocean view.

The main (king-size bed) and secondary (queen-size bed) bedrooms on the ground floor connect with the exterior seating areas. You’ll also enjoy a fantastic ocean view from the open-air living room and hammock area on the second floor. A bohemian attic studio with a sofa and desk is located on the third floor.

Master Suites (Cabanas 6/7)

Our largest suites offer wide interior spaces, breathtaking ocean views, and green surroundings. They are the perfect allocation for families or friend parties of more than two people (max. capacity, 4 adults). Our Master Suites have a main room with a king-size bed (second floor) and an independent seating area on the ground floor that can be turned into a secondary chamber (queen-size bed). Their private terrace and pool make these suites one of ZOA’s jewels.

Honeymoon Suite (Cabana 1)

The Honeymoon Suite is our guests’ favorite. Its beautiful semi-circled terrace and a private pool are located just on the cliff’s edge. That is what sets the difference and makes this suite very special.

If you love to contemplate the ocean and nothing more, you won’t find a better spot to do precisely that. The Honeymoon Suite is our most private room, perfect for a secluded and intimate experience. This suite offers a king-size bed and both interior and exterior seating areas.

Junior Garden Suite (Cabana 2)

Our Junior Garden Suite is suitable to accommodate up to 3 adults. Ideal for guests who travel with their pets. A large and fresh room with a private terrace (ocean view), a private garden, and an outdoor seating area. If you like to enjoy contemplating the ocean and want to have a shady private space to lie down and relax or read a book. If you fancy having breakfast surrounded by the trees with the ocean sound as background, this is the perfect room. This suite has a king-size bed, and an additional mobile twin-size bed is added for reservations of more than 2 adults (an additional cost for a third guest applies).

Deluxe Suite (Cabana 3)

Our Deluxe Suite is suitable to accommodate up to 3 adults. It’s a spacious and fresh room with a private terrace facing the ocean.

This Cabaña has an exterior seating area and a hammock. It is an ideal option if you fancy having breakfast surrounded by vegetation, with the ocean sound as background. This suite has a king-size bed, and an additional mobile twin-size bed is added for reservations of more than 2 adults (an additional cost for third guest apply).

Double Suite (Cabana 4)

Our double suite is the ideal room for living the ZOA experience with a family member o a friend. It’s our less spacious room on the inside, so it’s recommended for two adults; however, three adults can be accommodated upon request (additional cost applies). This room has two full-size beds and a spacious terrace with a seating area. A twin-size mobile bed can be placed in this room for three people parties.

Terrace Suite (Cabana 5)

Cabaña 5, is the most panoramic room. It is located just at the top of the land, on a second floor.  This room offers a spectacular ocean view on one side and the greenish landscape of the mountain on the other. Its west orientation allows enjoying the sunset from the bed.  This room has the biggest terrace with seating area. King size bed and seating area inside and outside the room.
