At ZOA Hotel, we want to reassure you that we care about your health and safety more than anything else.
We know that our guests will want to know what level of hygiene and security measures they can expect on their vacations more than ever. Following the outbreak of COVID-19, we will be enhancing our already strict health and hygiene protocols aligned with the hospitality industry’s best practices*.

FRONT DESK
Check in / Out
- Hand and shoe sanitizing stations for all guests upon arrival to the hotel.
- Please note that the guest’s temperature will be taken before accessing the Hotel.
- The Check-In bar will be disinfected just like Pens, folders, etc.

RESTAURANT
Food & Beverages

Tables and chairs are arranged to allow healthy distancing.

All dining areas are disinfected between seatings.

Daily complimentary immunity booster shots of lemon & ginger.

GUEST ROOMS
Cabanas

All rooms have their own individual A/C unit.

All rooms were deep cleaned and disinfected between stays.

Protected remote control.

All touch points (light switches, door handles etc.) are regularly disinfected.

POOL AREA

Poolside beds are cleaned and disinfected daily.
- Poolside furniture is arranged to allow healthy distancing.

PUBLIC SPACES & COMMUNAL AREAS

All high-touch points (light switches, door handles etc.) are regularly disinfected.

Disinfectant gel dispensers are available throughout the hotel.

STAFF
- Daily temperature checks of all staff members.
- Staff will use hand and shoe sanitizing stations upon entry to the hotel.
- Personal protection equipment is worn for all cleaning tasks (face mouth covers, gloves).
- All staff facilities are daily cleaned and sanitized.
